Glow-worm fully support and comply with ‘benchmark’ the industry initiative to promote higher standards of installation. We also provide installer training, offering ‘hands on training’ on installation of our appliances.

Over 200 engineers trained to the highest possible standard through Glow-worm's own in-house technical training centre operate throughout the UK, providing solutions to problems quickly, without fuss. Each engineer has extensive experience in the heating industry and is ACS trained (Accredited Certification Scheme for Gas Fitting Operatives).
All Glow-worm service vehicles carry over 1500 genuine spare parts enabling engineers to complete over 97% of calls on a first visit.
The Glow-worm service centre operates 7 days a week, 364 days a year, providing an unrivalled level of service to our customers.
